Types of Roofs

Tile Roofing

Custom tiling for steep slope roofs can be done with clay, concrete, synthetic tiles or asphalt shingles to meet your design and budget goals. Each style offers unique benefits for longevity and durability.

Single-Ply Roofing

Sheets of durable synthetics, like rubber, are used for single-ply, commercial roofing. The three most common types we use are EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer), TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin), and PVC (polyvinyl chloride).

Shake Roofing

Shake roofing consists of wooden ‘shakes’ layered across a rooftop like shingles. Today, there are a lot of shake-style roofing options that provide the look and feel of the classic wood shingle while using other materials.

Metal Roofing

At Peak View Roofing, we do in-house, specialty metalwork for custom jobs and provide top-of-the-line, metal roof panels, including R-panel, standing seam and stone coated.

Custom Roofing

Our custom roofing allows for greater personalization, even for large-scale projects. At The Broadmoor Resort, we provided a custom combination of historic clay tiling and copper metal roofing.

Composition Roofing

Composition roofing includes asphalt and fiberglass shingles that are lifetime and hail resistant. They’re typically found in architectural, laminate or premium.

Pavers

Pavers offer a durable, walkable surface for balconies, decks and rooftops. With an adjustable raised system, pavers help protect your home or building from water intrusion and provides a layer for insulation.

Metal Siding

Metal siding can add wonderful sightlines to your home’s appearance. Two of the most common options are standing seam and corrugated panels. Contact us to find the right siding for your next project.
